Global Perspectives on Water Management   

This course surveys water issues around the world and how global entities such as the United Nations, UNESCO and the World Economic Forum are rallying efforts to meet the needs of all communities on this planet. This course will provide an overview of the water demands in countries and communities around the world, some of the key strategies of the UN and World Economic Forum, as well as some on-the-ground actions by universities and non-profits based in the U.S. and in Italy.

    This course surveys water issues around the world and how global entities such as the United Nations, UNESCO and the World Economic Forum are rallying efforts to meet the needs of all communities on this planet. This course will provide an overview of the water demands in countries and communities around the world, some of the key strategies of the UN and World Economic Forum, as well as some on-the-ground actions by universities and non-profits based in the U.S. and in Italy.

    This course is 100% online and Self Paced. Students are expected to complete the course within the scheduled course dates. Students will access the course via the MSU Denver Canvas platform.
