This Noncredit course provides specialized training for breastmilk and formula room technicians. Students in this course receive training in aspects of proper human and formula preparation based on infant feeding guidelines from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, including: Basic Mathematics, Medical terminology formula ratios, Calorie mix, Aseptic handling techniques, Inventory control, Customer service.
This course is 100% online and Self Paced. Students are expected to complete the course within the scheduled course dates. Students will access the course via the MSU Denver Canvas platform.
